Each appearing in overall sturdy and ready to place condition. The gilt bronze is fairly even throughout with rubbed areas to the high points and verdigris to the recesses. The mounts with some looseness and adhesive residue holding some elements in place. The "globe" example with a detached ring which could be mounted around the circumference of the globe. The present screw to mount the ring does not securely hold it in place. Few scattered chips to the marble columns and bases and areas of negligible roughness. The example with the "globe" exhibits a small area of fill to the marble base. One of the chains near the base of this example is detached. The other example lacking one of the gilt ball ornaments which hangs from the chain. Additional images are available upon request.
